Casa Rancha (“Casa Rancha,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding user privacy and upholding the highest standards of user safety. While Casa Rancha supports robust freedom of expression and facilitates open community interaction, artistry, and the wildest form of creative imagination, the platform maintains an uncompromising and strictly enforced policy against any form of child endangerment, exploitation, or abuse.

Protection of minors is a fundamental priority of Casa Rancha. Any content or conduct that involves, depicts, promotes, facilitates, or attempts to endanger or exploit a minor is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

 

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Endangerment

Zero-Tolerance Policy and Legal Compliance Statement

Casa Rancha maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”), child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking-related content, or any conduct that facilitates, promotes, depicts, or attempts to exploit or endanger a minor.

This policy is enforced pursuant to, and in alignment with, applicable United States federal and state laws, as well as international child protection frameworks, including but not limited to:

  • Relevant state criminal statutes concerning child exploitation, abuse, and trafficking

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, sharing, streaming, storing, transmitting, requesting, soliciting, promoting, generating, or attempting to distribute:

  • Any CSAM in any format
  • Sexualized images, videos, audio, or text involving minors
  • Grooming, luring, or predatory behavior
  • Roleplay or fantasy involving minors in sexual contexts
  • Content that facilitates or encourages exploitation or trafficking
  • Links or instructions to obtain such material

No artistic, fictional, educational, or expressive justification is permitted for prohibited content involving minors.

Enforcement

Upon detection or credible report of a violation:

  • The content is immediately removed
  • The offending account is permanently terminated without prior notice
  • Associated accounts, devices, and identifiers may be disabled
  • Relevant data and evidence may be preserved

Casa Rancha does not provide appeals for accounts terminated due to CSAM or child exploitation violations.

Mandatory Reporting and Cooperation With Authorities

Casa Rancha complies with all mandatory reporting obligations, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and corresponding authorities internationally.

Casa Rancha cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and child protection organizations worldwide, including responding to lawful requests, subpoenas, and preservation orders.

Legal Consequences

Users acknowledge and agree that:

Account termination does not eliminate legal exposure.
Any user who engages in prohibited conduct may be subject to:

  • Criminal investigation
  • Prosecution
  • Civil liability
  • Fines and penalties
  • Imprisonment

under applicable local, national, and international laws.

Casa Rancha reserves the right to disclose user information to authorities where required or permitted by law.

User Responsibility

By accessing or using Casa Rancha, users represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable laws and this policy. Users bear sole responsibility for the content they upload or transmit.

Commitment to Child Safety

Casa Rancha is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful platform. Protecting children is a fundamental obligation, and violations of this policy are treated with the highest level of severity.

  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language, and crash/diagnostic logs.
  • Usage Data: Engagement patterns, likes, comments, shares, and group participation.
  • Cookie & Tracking Data: Session cookies and analytics tools to optimize performance and detect abuse.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data.
  • We do not request sensitive government identifiers (e.g., SSN, or any of such) unless required by law. Identification information, such as State ID, Passport info, may be required to verify an account, and this is only requested if the user chooses to verify their account. In that case, much like any other social media platform, Casa Rancha will conduct the standard practice of requesting such information.
  • We do not track users across unrelated third-party services for advertising purposes.

  • Operate and maintain the Platform.
  • Deliver personalized features (e.g., Ghost Mode filters, adult content toggle).
  • Enforce Community Guidelines and detect violations.

  • Casa Rancha retains User Content as long as necessary to provide the Platform.
  • Deleted content may remain in backup systems temporarily, but will be purged in accordance with retention schedules.
  • Legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution) may require longer retention periods.
  • Users can delete their accounts at any given time without any interruption or prevention. IF the user decides to delete their account, all data will be removed.

However, no system is 100% secure, and Casa Rancha cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access or misuse.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Casa Rancha is intended for users (15 years old with parental oversight) and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 15. If we discover such information, we will delete it promptly. While we heavily depend on the honesty of our users, we do understand that there will be certain account users who might try to defraud our systems and platform by either lying about their age or falsely pretending to be under the parent or guardianship. We will continue trying our best to remove and delete such accounts.
